Clitocybe geotropa

Celluloses actively destroy the substrate on which the mushrooms grow in the wild. In general, the cellulolytic activity is characteristic of all the studied samples, the highest activity was detected in the fruit bodies of Agaricus arvensis and Clitocybe geotropa. Extracts of Suillus luteus, Lactarius resimus and Leccinum scabrum had the least activity of these enz5mies (Tables 24.2 and 24.3). [Pg.291]
