We would like to thank our Lilly colleagues Kenneth E. Kramer Albert J. Steven H. Miles is Professor of Medicine, University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis. He served as President of the American Association of Bioethics and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award of the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities. He served on President Clinton s Bioethics Working Group on Health Care Reform.
