Ciclosporin increases the levels of docetaxel and paclitaxel after oral administration. 

One study has demonstrated that the bioavailability of ora/ docetaxel may be increased from 8% to 90% by ciclosporin due to inhibition of both P-glycoprotein transport and the metabolism of docetaxel by the cytochrome P450 isoenzyme CYP3A4. In another study, the AUC of ciclosporin was increased by about 1.5-fold when it was given with ora/ docetaxel, probably because of competitive inhibition of CYP3A4-medi-ated ciclosporin metabolism. ...
