Chocolate Secret Frosting

Adding sour cream to cakes and frostings keeps them moist and offsets the sweetness a bit. I use the word "secret here because some people, like my husband, hate sour cream. When I bake with it or use it in this dark-chocolate frosting, he licks his plate clean. I think it s all psychological, so until he goes into therapy and is released from his neurosis, I ll just keep it a secret ...
