Catalyzing mechanism of native enzyme

Enzyme molecule has its active center. Groups on the active center could approach each other substrate, and make the substrate groups or catalyzing groups on the active center of enzyme be orientated according to correct position, thus favoring formation of the mid-product and sustaining the catalytic reaction.
