Catalytic Effects of Accelerators

Many kinds of accelerators have been examined for application to molding compounds in microelectronics encapsulation from the viewpoint of latent catalytic effects. Some typical ones are shown in Table 5 Lewis bases such as imidazoles and Lewis base salts
