Distal anterior cerebral artery aneurysms are rare, accounting for about 4.5% of all intracranial aneurysms (Inci et al. 1998), and usually arise at the bifurcation of the pericallosal and callosomarginal arteries. SAH due to rupture of a distal anterior cerebral artery aneurysms is frequently associated with ICH in and/or along the corpus callosum and anterior interhemispheric fissure and subsequent intraventricular hemorrhage. [Pg.235]
