Buy-grid framework

A buy-flow map provides a diagrammatic representation of the major steps in the business buying process. Though useful for descriptive purposes, the buy-grid framework should not, however, be taken literally as a managerial model, since it lacks predictive power, and is unable to offer a causative explanation of buying decisions.
