Specifically, the improved solidification (cementation) technology involves the use of (a) a special dry powder admixture for the generation of a nonsoluble crystalline formation deep within the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete—a crystalline structure that permanently seals the concrete against the penetration or movement of water and other hazardous liquids from any direction (b) special nonmetal reinforced bars for enhancing the concrete block s tensile and compressive strengths and (c) a unique chemical crystallization treatment for the waterproofing and protection of the concrete block s surface.

In a block-selective solvent, the insoluble block or blocks of a copolymer agglomerate to form nanometer-sized aggregates [5,22,23]. Such aggregates disperse in the solvent and are protected from further agglomeration by the soluble block(s) that form(s) the aggregate corona. 

Subsequently, another MA uptakes these chains from the solvent phase and thus becomes larger. The rate of the chain uptake process is evidently proportional to the critical micellar concentration (cmc) or the concentration of unimolecular chains that are solubilized under a given set of solvation conditions. If a solvent is sufficiently poor for the insoluble block(s), the cmc can be very low. Thus, the chain-exchange kinetics can be slow for block copolymers. Fusion or fission of micelles would not occur to a significant extent for MAs whose cores are protected from contacting one another by thick repulsive coronas.
