Medical Classification, Probable Form of Dissemination, Detection in the Field, Infective Dose, Incubation Time, Persistence, Personal Protection, Routes of Entry to the Body, Per-son-to-Person Transmissible, Duration of Illness, Potential Ability to Kill, Defensive Measures, Vaccines, Drugs Available, and Decontamination. In each case, for both Chemical and Biological agents, each agent will have guidelines laid out within the book. 

Biological Weapon. A biological weapon is a weapon that projects, disperses, or disseminates a biological agent or insect vectors of biological agents. 

Biological Weapon - An item of material that projects, disperses, or disseminates a biological agent including arthropod vectors. Blepharospasm - Uncontrollable winking caused by involuntary contraction of an eyelid muscle. BLPS - Ballistic / Laser Eye protection. Bradycardia - Abnormally slow heartbeat. Broken Arrows - An accident involving nuclear weapons. While it is almost impossible for the warhead to accidentally detonate, the accident may spread radioactive contamination over a wide area. 

Two additional tests covered from Ohio to Texas, and from Illinois to Kansas. All demonstrated that the particles were widely disseminated. Although it had been only theoretical prior to this test, Operation LAC provided the first proof that biological agents were indeed potential weapons of mass destruction.129... 

The chemical-biological warfare threat can come in three possible physical forms gas, liquid, and aerosol (ie, a suspension in air of liquid or solid particles). Protection against chemical agents disseminated as aerosols is especially difficult because the individual particles deliver a large amount of agent at a tiny site, thereby overwhelming the local capacity of the adsorbent.
