Binding of protein to glutathione beads

coli bulk tRNA (0.1 mg/ml RNase free from Boehringer Mannheim) 

The beads are first blocked with unspecific protein and RNA as described for streptavidine-agarose beads in Section 4.3.1.1. 

20 pi of the 50% suspension of Glutathione Sepharose resin. Adjust volume with tag-binding buffer. 

Collect beads and resuspend in 10 volumes of appropriate binding buffer. 

Collect beads, resuspend in 20 pi of the binding buffer and go to Section 4.3.1.3.
