Biacore sensorgram

For competition studies, the Fab fragment was chemically coupled to the BIAcore chip and wild type rhIL-ip was used as analyte. Figure 1 presents the BIAcore sensorgrams obtained when different concentrations of wild type rhIL-ip (0.6-29 nM) were passed sequentially over the immobilized Fab chip.

FIGURE 23.23 SPR sensorgrams showing interactions between Streptomyces sp. N174 chitosanase and (GlcN) . A BIAcore 2000 (BIAcore AB, Uppsala, Sweden) system was used to determine the interaction. The chitosanase protein was immobilized onto a CMS sensorchip by the amine coupling method. The individual oligosaccharides were dissolved in lOmM sodium acetate buffer pH 5.0, and the solutions were used as analytes.
