Bi-Th Mixed Oxides

1 M Bi(NO3)3 and 0.1 M Th(NO3)4, both in 1 M HNO, were mixed at different ratios, and then excess of NaOH was added at 97°C. The precipitate was digested for 2 h at hot conditions, aged for 1 d at room temperature, water-washed, dried, washed, and dried again.
