Behavior in Discharges. Interaction with X-Rays

A search for the NF radical proved unsuccessful when N2F4 was subjected to a microwave discharge [1]. 

and NF3 were detected by mass spectrometry after exposure of pure N2F4 samples held at 77 K to large doses of 2 to 3 MeV bremsstrahlung. At similar conditions but 105 K, N2F2 emerged [4].
