Baller-Gerold syndrome

A newborn girl who was exposed in utero to antiepileptic drugs, especially valproate, had craniosynostosis, trigonocephaly, right radius aplasia, a hypoplastic thumb, and cardiac and renal malformations her brother, who was similarly exposed had Baller-Gerold syndrome phenotype, trigonocephaly, polymastia, and hypospadias [39E ]. [Pg.174]
