Backing bars, permanent

DIN 43 595 concerns cells of the low maintenance type with compound sealed or welded cell lids. The connector bars are permanently attached to the terminals by means of welding or crimping on. The main dimensions only vary slightly from the earlier DIN 43 567. DIN 43 595 recently has been drawn back, while the dimensions are still valid and conform to the international standard lEC 60 254-2. New types with higher capacities will be listed in a new standard, having the same dimensions (see Table 2.3).
