Aziridine allyl derivative rearrangement

Allylic, l-but-3-enyl, or l-pent-4-enyl ethers underwent rearrangement to yield the vinylic ethers, which further reacted with methoxycarbonyl, methanesulfonyl or phenyl azides to form the A -methoxycarbonylacetimidate, IV-methylsulfonylacetimidate, or A -phenylacetimidate derivatives (eqs 138-140). For phenyl azide, another product aziridine was also formed as the byproduct (eq 140). [Pg.81]
