Aspidosperma refractum

From Aspidosperma refractum Martius Djerassi et al. (70) obtained an alkaloid (C23H28N2O4) which they named refractine and to which structure 148 was assigned. [Pg.239]

Pyrifoline (CXIX) and refractidine (CXX) are abundant constituents, respectively, of the closely similar species, Aspidosperma pyrifolium (49) and A. refractum (81).
