Aral barbel

Fishery in the delta and foreshore delta of the Amudarya River was based on fishing of bream, carp, roach, Cahlcalbumus, Aral barbel, asp, redeye, etc. whose share made 86% of the total fish yield in this area. [Pg.69]

Three species of fish gave the maximum yields, i.e., bream, carp, and roach, and they were equal to 40,23, and 13%, respectively, of the total fish yield in the delta summed they reached 73% of the total fish yields. The roach species (Cahlcalbumus, Aral barbel, asp, redeye, etc.) were of minor fishery importance. Their fish yields taken together were approximately 13% of the total fish yield in the delta [4]. [Pg.69]
