Antitumor glycoprotein ARS

In order to determine whether TLRs are involved in the recognition of antitumor glycoprotein, ARS-2, from the culture medium of Chlorella vulgaris strain CAT, we examined IL-12 p40 production by the spleen-adherent cells of mice lacking functional TLR2 or TLR4 in response to ARS-2 in vitro [41].
