Analysis of RNA splicing complexes by native gel electrophoresis

RNP complexes 0.2-1 x 104 cpm (generally 5 p.1 of a radioactive standard splicing reaction will suffice for autoradiography) [Pg.189]

75% acrylamide 0.25% bis acrylamide in H20 20 x Tris-Glycine 1.0 M Tris base [Pg.189]

Glass plates 20 x 20 cm Spacers and comb 1.2 mm thick Gel apparatus Power supply 500 volt [Pg.190]

Clean 20 x 20 cm glass plates and 1.2 mm thick spacers with H20 and ethanol. [Pg.190]

Rinse them with a 1 200 dilution of Photo-Flo 200. Leave them drying in vertical position. Assemble plates. [Pg.190]
