Nonenzymatic aminoacylation has been attempted by simpler procedures. Krzyzaniak et al. reported that aminoacylation took place when a solution of amino acid and tRNA was incubated under high pressures as 6000 bar [8]. 

However, they have not confirmed if the aminoacylated tRNA really works in vitro or in vivo.
