Instrumentation. The sample is mounted inside an electrochemical cell between the poles of a magnet. Details of the cell and the additional experimental setup have been described [668, 669]. In a typical result (see Fig. 5.124) obtained with nickel films, the similarity with MOKE results (see above) is obvious.
