Algebraic vs. Statistic Correlation for Aliphatic Amines Toxicity

2 ALGEBRAIC VS. STATISTIC CORRELATION (FOR ALIPHATIC AMINES TOXICITY) [Pg.312]

Amines and their derivatives are compounds, which are extensively used as drugs, cosmetics, dyes, in s5mthesis of pesticides and as synthetic intermediates. Aliphatic amines are considered to be strong organic bases [Pg.312]

Given the multiple uses of amines in a wide variety of environmental and industrial fields, for example, for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints and coatings, or specialty chemicals (plastic additives, monomer synthesis, water treatment, etc., the present interest in QSAR modeling of their toxicity among either primary, secondary and tertiary structures the present discussion follows (Putz et al., 2009a). [Pg.313]

FIGURE 3.17 The plot of the piimaty, secondary and tertiary amines toxicity LD50 of Table 3.16 grouped within trial and test sets, after (Putz et al., 2009a). [Pg.318]

The considered endpoints are containing uni-, bi-, and three- parameters models with regression equation together with statistic and algebraic results presented in the Table 3.17. [Pg.318]
