Agarose ketone-modified

Dissolve ketone-modified agarose in 20% DMSO/acetate buffer at 0.5 mg/mL (0.25 pmol/mL of ketone group) (see Note 1). [Pg.223]

Solubility of the agarose and ketone-modified agarose is limited. To dissolve agarose in 20% DMSO/acetate buffer (pH 4.5), the solution needs to be heated to 50°C and shaken gently overnight. [Pg.224]
