Adverse drug reactions allergy

Evaluate the patient for adverse drug reactions, allergies, and drug interactions when starting calcium-lowering therapy. 

Evaluate the patient s medical record and medication history, and conduct a patient interview to assess for the presence of drug allergies, adverse drug reactions, and drug interactions. 

Evaluate the patient for the presence of adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, and allergies. 

Evaluate the patient for systemic and ocular adverse drug reactions and drug allergies. 

Evaluate the patient for occurrence of any adverse drug reactions and possible drug allergies and/or drug interactions. 

Assess the patient daily for any new signs or symptoms of infection. Evaluate the patient for adverse drug reactions, drug allergies, and drug interactions. Have all antibiotics been dose adjusted for renal or hepatic dysfunction ... 

Allergy or history of adverse drug reactions / Age of patient / Pregnancy... 

None of these factors alone should be considered to indicate a Type B reaction, and any taken singly can be associated with a Type A reaction. This list should be taken as a starting point in determining if an adverse drug reaction is a type of drug allergy. The following are additional considerations.
