Aconitum subcuneatum

Toroko base II isolated from Aconitum subcuneatum and A. yesoenis Nakai (48) has been compared with chasmanine and found to be identical with it. The tentative name Toroko base II is abandoned in favor of chasmanine, which is deriv ed from the specific name of one of the plants in which this alkaloid occurs. [Pg.93]
