Adidinium bromide is an inhaled antimuscarinic bronchodilator recently approved in the US and Europe for stable COPD. Being administered in a dose of 400 gg in a single inhalation twice daily, it has a faster onset of action compared to tiotropium [64 ]. Aclidinium also improves trough and peak FEVl, improves the quality of life, decreases the frequency of moderate and severe exacerbations [65 ], improves exercise capacity, and decreases lung hyperinflation [66 ].
