A Short Introduction to Ecotoxicology

Several textbooks deal with the principles and applied aspects of the relatively young science of ecotoxicology, e.g., Calow [22], Fendt [23], Forbes and Forbes [24], Landis and Yu [25], and Kuczjmska and co-workers [26] to name a few. Only a very short summary of the most important facts is presented in the following sections to give the reader an impression of the subject.
